- Materials are provided per person and cannot be shared for two or more participants.
- No rescheduling or refunds will be offered for no-shows on the day of the event.
- If unable to attend on the scheduled day, please inform us 2 days in advance for rescheduling. Refunds will not be provided.
- Cancellations made 4 days prior will receive a full refund.
- If you wish to transfer your spot, please provide the recipient's name and email address.
- In the event of a class suspension announced by the Kaohsiung City Government, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling.
