Items may not return to their original condition after being worn and then scrubbed, and cleaning marks may be visible. Clean gently with a diluted neutral detergent and a brush, wipe away foam with a damp cloth, and air dry. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging serves a protective purpose, and minor dents or creases from shipping are unavoidable. Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. For bags with floral or printed fabrics, the pattern placement is randomized with each cut, meaning each item's distribution will differ. Placing an order indicates your understanding of this. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive. Handmade items may have variations within international standard tolerances and measurement differences of 1-3 cm, which are normal. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed and include original packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official logos). Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges must be for items that are new, unworn, and in their original packaging (including outer bag and box), with all accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounted items or items qualifying for free shipping due to order value or quantity cannot be partially returned. If partial returns are necessary, please return the entire order and reorder. 3.
