We recommend dry cleaning or hand washing separately (do not soak). If machine washing, please place the garment in a laundry bag and wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry naturally after washing. We suggest washing dark and light colors separately and avoiding bleach. Wrinkles are normal for natural linen after washing. Gently smooth the fabric after washing and air dry. Then, iron at a high temperature to restore its smoothness. About Comme forêt: We begin with a natural and fresh style, creating original designs, patterns, and samples using two home sewing machines. Occasionally, we collaborate with a skilled seamstress auntie for production. We produce in very small batches locally in Taipei, hoping to recapture the beauty of handcrafted clothing. We design comfortable and elegant pieces, driven by the same intention as making clothes for ourselves, family, and friends – we only make garments we would want to wear ourselves.
