The paper inside is water-resistant, acid-free, and tear-resistant. The paper resists feathering and bleed through even from the wettest fountain pen inks and permanent markers. Although we can now see many water-resistant notebook in the market, we might still be quite confused by the plastic-like inner pages, and its writing surface which is too smooth to write. Sometimes, if we’re using ballpoint pen to write, its ink might affect another page after some moments we closed the notebook. This is how we distinguish waterproof and water-resistant: Waterproof papers will not absorb water. So users can shake away all the water drops on their notebook in case it is wet. Water-resistant paper will absorb water, yet only the surface which poured by water will be wet, not the whole page of paper. Our RN’s water resistant paper is not easy to be split (in case it’s already destroyed by extra force).So don’t worry that your RN will be destroyed if it’s poured by water. All you have to do is wait it to dry. It might become a bit curvy after dried. Yet, it is okay to flatten it.To avoid this situation, some factories changed the material of water-resistant paper to make it much more closer to normal paper. Yet, this kind of paper still not able to be written by fountain pen and sign pen. Besides using pencil or ballpoint pen, users are unable to enjoy their writing moment. On the other hand, this kind of paper is still able to be split although it is already quite good in water-resistant function. You might think that it is possible to combine all these following function, which includes water-resistant, able to be written by any writing tools, no difference with normal paper and contains good quality, since all of these conditions are contradict while be together. Yet, we found this special paper and use it to produce our water-resistant version RN. We assume that RN is the first notebook that contains five of these functions in the world. Fountain pen is also available to use on RN. It will not bleed-through. We tried this by using marker pen yet RN’s water-resistant paper is still able to afford this. As we mentioned before, it can be written by any writing tools. We even use watercolor on it. If you’re using fountain pen with water-proof ink, once the ink dried, your writing will not be affected in case there’s water poured on your notebook.
