A scent you enjoy will help you relax. Place your chosen scented candle under the timed wax melt warmer and set the timer for 1 or 2 hours. (This way, you won't have to get up to turn it off.) If you prefer a subtler scent, adjust the light/heat to a lower setting. If you want a more pronounced fragrance, increase the light/heat intensity. (Note: This will consume the candle faster.) While inhaling the comforting scent, do some light stretches by your bedside to relax your body. Once you feel loose and relaxed, put on the cute eye mask and lie down lazily. For shorter candles, use a riser. ▸ Turn on the wax melt warmer by pressing the switch, and adjust the brightness and temperature with the knob as needed. ▸ While the warmer is on, press the switch again to set the timer for three stages (1h / 2h / 4h). ▸ Each press cycles to the next timer setting. Pressing it a fifth time will turn off the lamp. ▸ It's recommended to adjust the light and heat so that it just melts a thin layer of wax (about 1/4 to 1/3 from the top).
