The Distiller Experience of Heli Distillery can not only witness and participate in the complete gin production process, but finally you can also make your own gin. You will experience the complete production process
Homemade gin, like a perfume, is the most priceless and precious gift for yourself or your friends.
The aroma of gin can be divided into herbs, flowers, fruits, spices, etc. There are as many as 50 choices, such as juniper berries, cinnamon, angelica, orange, cardamom, iris, black pepper and leather. Make your style gin.

Cost: NTD 4000/2 persons (NTD 4000 is the price for 2 persons!)
Appointment time: Monday to Friday 13:00-16:00

At the scene, the distillers of the winery will lead you to understand the gin-making environment and select materials to gradually make your relatives and friends make unique gins. Participate in the experience and you will get:
1. Introduction to the winery and safety related knowledge
2. Introduction of large and small distiller to ingredients
3. Sharing of the history of gin development, the art behind it and the production principle
4. The composition of gin aroma and the skills of self-blending
5. From selecting materials, distilling, bottling and decorating your own bottles, make your own gin
6. There is a small wine on the first floor of the winery. You can taste it during the waiting time. You can try everything you can see in the winery.
