Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry, and sterling silver is procured from reliable partners and manufacturers. Plating services utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. Should you have any concerns about material sensitivities, please feel free to consult the designer before placing your order. 「Production Time」 Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss expedited production possibilities. Items that undergo factory processing will require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$1000 are available for separate purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one). For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 5.
