Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and sterling silver is procured from reputable partners. We utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss production timelines. Items processed by our factory may take longer. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes can be purchased separately for items under NT$2,000). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple purchases will be packaged minimally (items that come with a box will still include one). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
