ELUANBI: 3952 LAO SHAN YANG - Named after a famous landmark in Taiwan, this is an elegant, essential writing instrument. Crafted from crystal-clear natural mother-of-pearl shell, akin to white jade, each piece is meticulously cut and pieced together, aligning the natural grain of the shell as closely as possible. The shell pieces, with their inherent natural patterns and colors, are hand-polished and then bonded onto a brass tube. A thick layer of transparent lacquer is applied, where the seams are visible but imperceptible to the touch. The natural patterns are breathtaking and captivating (natural patterns, high-quality, randomly selected for shipping). The pen features a pneumatically sealed cap with a water ripple engraving, finished in gunmetal gray/antique bronze plating for the trims and accessories, and a flexible clip design. The cap top is engraved with the 3952 Yushan LOGO.
This pen model comes with two accessory color options: gunmetal gray for a subtle, understated look, and antique bronze for an elegant, vintage feel. Please select your preferred color before placing your order. Thank you.
The nib is a German Bock #180 (#5) size rose gold steel nib, available in EF, F, M, and B tip sizes. If your handwriting is small or compact, we recommend an EF (Extra Fine) or F (Fine) tip. For larger handwriting or if you are looking for a smooth signing pen, we suggest an M (Medium) or B (Broad) tip.
**Gift Set Includes: German SCHMIDT K2 Converter (ink not included) + One Handmade Black Genuine Leather Pen Sleeve by a Taiwanese Master Craftsman (style shipped randomly) + 3952 LAO SHAN YANG Premium Pen Box Packaging**
Pen Dimensions: Total length approximately 145mm, body and grip section approximately 105mm, maximum diameter approximately 12mm (excluding clip), total weight approximately 32g (excluding nib).
In support of environmental protection, gift bags are not provided proactively. If you require a gift bag for gifting purposes, please specify this in the order notes after placing your order. Thank you.
Images are for reference only. The product is sold as a single unit. Some photos may exhibit slight color variations due to lighting and angles; the actual product prevails.
Note: For regular maintenance, frequently wipe the interior of the pen body and cap. When storing, do not leave the nib facing downwards for extended periods.
Warm Reminder: Avoid pressing down on the nib or writing with uneven pressure (e.g., to the left or right). For right-handed writers, it is recommended to hold the pen so the nib points towards the 10 or 11 o'clock position to prevent misaligned iridium tipping, which can cause scratching or skipping. Regularly rinse the nib with clean water to prevent ink buildup and blockages that may affect writing quality.
Helpful Tip: For the antique bronze plated accessories, regular wiping and maintenance are recommended. Over time, frequent contact with hand sweat will cause oxidation, developing a more antique bronze patina.
