**Production process**

・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be deemed to have failed to register successfully. Once the class is full, enrollment will stop immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after payment is completed, you can go to our fan page 3 days in advance or contact us by calling (02) 2371-4171. The rules are as follows:
. You can reschedule or receive a refund minus a 20% handling fee 1 day (inclusive) before the class date. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
. The number of performances within 2 months after the postponement is limited. If you cannot meet the postponement time, please choose a refund.
. For the course on that day, since the handmade teacher materials and venue location have been prepared, no refunds or extensions will be accepted on the day of class, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have given up.
. If the epidemic command center explicitly suspends classes, we will be the first to assist in class transfer or provide a full refund.
. In order to protect the rights of other students in class, those who are late for more than 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time on the day will be deemed to have given up.
. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all fees by cash remittance.
・Pre-class notifications will be sent two days before the class. Please be sure to fill in the correct email contact information to avoid not receiving the class notification. Failure to receive the class notification may be due to system blocking. You can come directly and we will not make additional phone calls.
・Only those aged 10 or above can register for this event.
・Only those who have purchased tickets can participate. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany them to the venue or participate together, unless they are parents and children. This does not apply.
・If the number of registrants for the event does not reach 6 two days before the start date of the event, the company reserves the right to cancel the event and notify the event to change the event or provide a full refund.
・Please enter the event on time. In order to make the experience event go smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
・Drinks and food are not allowed in the handicraft classroom at the event site. This course includes self-service black tea or green tea.

・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will contact you for an extension or refund.
