✦ Instructions for rescheduling and refund✦
⁍ Application 10 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): RMB 100 will be deducted as the operating fee and the rest will be refunded.
⁍ Application within 5 days (excluding the day of the event): No refund will be given as failure to enroll will affect the rights of lecturers.
⁍ Courses cannot be canceled due to lateness or other factors on the day of the event. If you are unable to complete the course due to personal factors, tuition fees will not be refunded or rescheduled.
⁍ No refund will be given if participation in the event is terminated due to personal reasons during the event.
⁍ In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to enter. Refunds and rescheduling will not be accepted. It is recommended to arrive at the experience location 10 minutes in advance.
⁍ In the event of force majeure natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., Elf Art Manufacturing reserves the right to reschedule, change course content, etc., and will proactively notify you via e-mail.
