In the beginning of February my friend and I had a small trip to a one of the most fabulous places - Lake Baikal, the world's largest, deepest and the oldest freshwater lake.
We came to see unusual ice. But, unfortunately, during this period, the entire surface of the lake was covered with a dense layer of snow. Nevertheless, we got a lot of emotions from these snowy landscapes. All day long, even in a -28°C frost, we explored the nature, climbed a hills, made friends with local animals, got acquainted with the Buryat culture, and generally had a very useful time. And, what is most importantly, we have accumulated a lot of inspiration and got tons of materials for a future work.

In landscapes, I always use only my own photo references and the best quality materials.I visited each location personally, which gives me an opportunity to preserve that emotional expressions, those feelings that could be only presented in a place, inside, in that moment.
