Brand story: I am a passionate young man who is very interested in baking. I have a background from Miaoli to Taipei to work and learn craftsmanship. I have experienced the pain of my father’s bereavement and tried my best to improve my technology. I want to be filial to my mother so that she can live a good life. After many cake competitions, I got good results. Unexpectedly, my mother suddenly passed away. At that time, I was only 32 years old. So I resolutely gave up my job in Taipei and decided to bring my craftsmanship back to my hometown to start a business. I hope my parents can teach me. The Hakka spirit and cultural characteristics of the hometown are promoted. As for the name Tongyue, Tongyue means the third month of the lunar calendar. It is the period when the paulownia flowers are in full bloom. It also happens to be the birthday month of my, my wife, and my child in the lunar calendar. It is for my dear family. The desserts we make use love to convey happiness and deliciousness, hoping to bring the best blessings to everyone.
