In this lecture, we learn to roast coffee beans using an electric roasting machine!
We will learn a lot about coffee beans and coffee flavour.
1. Learn how to {pick coffee beans},
This is the first step in affecting the taste of your coffee. We will see different producing areas and different types of coffee beans
2. Introduce processing methods, such as [washing and sun drying], and how these methods affect the flavor of coffee.
3. [Electric Bean Roaster], from the beginning of the beans changing color to the critical period of developing the taste of coffee, as well as the importance of controlling the heat, are all very interesting parts!
At the end of the class, we will discuss roasted coffee beans and their flavors, and depending on the beans we choose and the degree of roasting, we can further discuss the relationship between them.
There are also some special teaching details, such as how to control the damper and speed of the roaster, and understanding the changes in the appearance of coffee beans at different points in time. These can be adjusted according to the level of participating students, but experienced students have never been able to find them. Directions are also welcome.

Event notes
Coffee will be consumed during the class, and it is recommended to eat something before class.
Please bring a thermos or water bottle to take away your own brewed coffee.
If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred.

Participation is limited to those who have purchased tickets. Those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to accompany or participate in the event. Admission opens 15 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
You should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor.
If there is any violation and any damage is caused, you will be responsible for it yourself.
If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
