Free Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase. 2. For damages incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, and determined to be a quality issue, ARTIMISI will offer an exchange or complimentary repair. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a service fee will be charged. Customers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs for their jewelry. In cases of lost components, damage to jewelry under specific conditions, or other potential repair issues, the customer bears responsibility for these costs. a. Gem-grade zircons under 0.01 carats will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. A material fee will apply for gem-grade zircons over 0.01 carats. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin is intact, and the original pearl is retained, repair is free of charge. c. For broken pins (pin stuck inside the pearl) or lost pearls, a fee for pearl material and labor will be charged. 3. For repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date due to natural wear and tear, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the situation.
