Only proceed if you can accept these conditions! * After placing an order for the Formosa Candle, please let us know your preferred color scheme and the smells, and we will confirm it before proceeding with production. If no any preference, we will randomly pick up smells or colors for you. Products can be fragrance-free or choose one of the smells you like below: rose, lavender, white tea, lemon, tea tree, sandalwood, grapefruit, and jasmine. Colors for the candle, beach and ocean are pink, yellow, blue, green and purple. (choose one color) * Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged item, please take a photo and send it to us immediately, and we will promptly handle it for you. * The production schedule for orders is approximately 3-5 days.
