1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email from our system.
2. If you select the laser-engraved option, please provide the confirmed engraving content in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Registration is complete only after a staff member from the experience location has contacted you and confirmed your appointment date and availability.
4. Materials will be prepared upon order and payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
