Stitching * The studio will match the stitching color to the example pieces. For custom requests, please contact the designer directly for a consultation on available thread colors. * The studio uses a heat-sealing method to finish the threads, resulting in small, rounded points. This is a natural characteristic of the process and not a defect. 5. Packaging * In support of environmental sustainability, all items are packaged in simple paper bags. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Returns & Refunds Policy * For non-customized orders, returns can be requested within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Customized orders, including those with heat-embossed lettering, are not eligible for returns. * If a color preference is not specified beforehand, returns based on dissatisfaction with the color scheme after receipt will not be accepted. * Refund requests made *before* shipment will be processed for the full order amount. * Refund requests made *after* shipment for domestic orders will incur a 60 TWD shipping fee deduction. The refund amount will be the total order value minus 60 TWD. This policy excludes free shipping orders and international orders. 7. Leather Care * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, hairdryer use, enclosed spaces, and humid environments like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying to the entire piece. 8. Important Notes * Due to the handmade nature of cutting and stitching, slight variations in seam placement and cutting dimensions are expected and do not constitute defects. * The studio treats the edges of the leather with a clear finishing agent to maintain the natural color, preventing discoloration over time. * Natural variations in leather, such as grain patterns, creases, spots, scars, or markings, are incorporated into the design to enhance the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered defects. If you wish to avoid these characteristics, please note your preference in the order comments. While we will do our best to accommodate, complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed. * The reverse side of genuine leather may exhibit minor shedding of small leather particles due to friction, which is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Watermarks on leather after contact with water are normal. Allow the item to air dry in a ventilated area. * The leather color will deepen over time with regular use, reflecting your personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions. 9.
