Good green beans are basically harvested manually, but the time at which all the berries on a coffee tree ripen will not be exactly the same. If green berries are picked, they are so-called unripe beans. Harvesting rosy, cherry-like berries will have the best flavor and sweetness. After being harvested, the fruits will go through a series of processing steps, such as washing, shelling, drying, etc., before they become roasted coffee beans and sent abroad. In every production link of raw beans, there will be more or less some inferior beans mixed in, so the inspection and selection before roasting is particularly important. During the entire roasting process, Xiao Qu spends the longest time on hand selection because we believe that good quality raw beans are the basic principle of good coffee.
Freshly baked
Coffee beans are like wine. As they mature over time, their flavor becomes softer and smoother. We call this bean maturation. Generally speaking, freshly roasted coffee beans will have a smoky flavor. By sealing them in a packaging bag with a one-way exhaust valve to prevent them from coming into contact with the outside air, the flavor will become more mellow and smooth after 5 to 7 days of bean-raising. Therefore, don’t rush to open the freshly roasted coffee beans. Put them in a cool place for a while. After the beans have been resting for a week, open the package and grind them immediately to enjoy the best taste. Xiaoqu also ensures that the coffee beans delivered to each customer are of fresh quality and roasted within 7 days.
Healthy Home
Xiaoqu believes that coffee beans are sensitive and delicate. Whether they are raw beans before roasting or roasted beans, preservation is very important. The most suitable environment is a cool, non-hot and humid place. As soon as the beans are roasted, they will be packed into bags with one-way exhaust valves and sealed, and then packaged for shipment. If the products such as hanging ear bags need to be ground, they will also be made just before shipment.
