Refund request if the finished product doesn't look like the picture. A1: "Not looking like the picture" is not a valid reason for a refund. We put a lot of effort into each cake, and we wouldn't intentionally ruin it. However, if there's a significant crack after baking, we will gladly bake a new one unconditionally. This is our guarantee. We must emphasize that "drafts and the final product will not be 100% identical." The designs on the cake are carefully piped by hand, essentially recreating the artwork. There will inevitably be slight variations. The design is applied before baking. During the baking process, the cake expands and contracts, so we can only control the overall direction of the design. How to store the rich cheesecake and its texture after thawing? A2: Baking | Shipping | Receiving | Day After Day 0 | Day 1 | Day 2 | Day 3 Refrigerate for an additional 3 days Freeze for an additional 7 days ⛧ It's best to consume within 3 days for optimal texture. The crust may lose crispness over time, and the cake might become slightly dry. ⛧ The cake will be shipped "frozen" to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transport. 🍦 Recommended serving method🍦 Store frozen. About 0.5-1 hour before slicing, allow the cake to thaw at room temperature. It will have a refreshing, slightly frozen, ice cream-like texture that children will love! 💕 The thawing time may vary depending on your refrigerator's temperature, so adjust as needed until the cake is sliceable. If your refrigerator is very cold, let it sit a bit longer for a softer texture. When thawing at room temperature, condensation on the cake's surface is normal. The design is baked into the cake and is not made of chocolate, so it will not melt. Unsure when to cut the cake? If you're in a hurry and worried the cake might be too hard to slice, we recommend storing it "refrigerated" to allow it to thaw slowly.
