【Preserved Christmas Tree】2025 Verdant Collection Christmas Tree

【About the Florals】 ● Each piece is meticulously arranged by our floral artist, stem by stem. While we strive to replicate the image as closely as possible, natural variations in the foliage mean each arrangement will have unique characteristics, and angles may be adjusted accordingly. ● In the event of a floral shortage, we will substitute with similar blooms. (The main flower will be as pictured, while accent flowers may be adjusted based on the season.) 【About Shipping】 Flowers are delicate, and we take the utmost care in packaging to ensure their safe arrival. However, minor jostling during transit can occur. We highly recommend opting for courier delivery to minimize the risk of damage. A small amount of floral debris or fallen leaves is normal. ● Table arrangements, potted flowers, and floral baskets will be shipped with a complimentary display-ready transparent gift box. The base of the arrangement will be secured with removable fabric double-sided tape. Courier delivery is strongly recommended. !!! We sincerely advise against choosing 7-11 delivery !!! (We cannot control the risk of items being placed upside down, mishandled, or impacted during transit.) 【A Word from the Floral Artist】 With every piece we send out, we hold our breath, hoping it arrives safely and blooms beautifully before your eyes. If you encounter any issues upon receipt, please don't hesitate to contact us. This gives us the opportunity to make things right. Enjoying flowers should be a delightful experience, and we hope you can feel the care and intention poured into each arrangement. 【Important Notes】 ※ Product images may exhibit slight color variations due to differences in individual computer monitor settings.
