【Lotus Seed】Dragon Mountain Brand, Huanglongshan Tian Qing Clay, 250cc. - Teapots & Teacups - Pottery Gray

Product Description

[Huanglongshan Tian Qing Clay] In the "Yang Xian Teapot Series," the description of Tian Qing Clay states: "Tian Qing Clay is sourced from Li Shu (a place east of Huanglongshan in Dingshu Town). The pottery made from this clay exhibits a dark liver color and distinctive patterns due to the inclusion of vein-like structures. There is also pear skin clay, which displays a pear jelly color; light red clay, which exhibits pine flower color; light yellow clay, which shows mung bean green color; dense-mouth clay, which displays a light ocher color; pear skin and white sand clay, which exhibits a light ink color. The mountain's spiritual energy and intricate patterns contribute to various unique appearances. This Tian Qing Clay is sourced from the vicinity of the clean excavation area and has a tender texture with a high content of natural cobalt elements. After high-temperature firing, the water color leans towards blue, and it exhibits even more vibrant patterns under sunlight outdoors!" The Fat Boss fired it three times: First firing: Pushing plate kiln, No. 2.4, 1178℃. Second firing: Pushing plate kiln, No. 2.4, 1178℃. Third firing: Shuttle kiln, No. 2.6, 1182℃. This clay was refined in 2007 and has aged for 15 years. The clay has undergone organic aging and reconstitution to prevent bloating, resulting in a lower firing temperature.
