Since each bag is handmade with specified dimensions and specifications, we do not provide returns or exchanges unless there is a significant defect. 2. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days. 3. For exchanges, the product must be "brand new" without any signs of intentional use, faults, damage, scratches, dirt, odors, moisture, or washing. 4. The exchanged item must remain intact (product, accessories, attachments, gifts, and both inner and outer packaging). 5. For orders within Taiwan: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement. 6. For international orders: The buyer is responsible for the return and re-shipping costs. Once we confirm the product is correct, we will send out the specified replacement item within 3 business days.
