1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you opt for the laser engraving style, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. To prepare materials, please book your session at least 3 days in advance after placing your order and completing payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
