Course Details
Duration: 5.5 hours (1:00 PM - 6:30 PM), subject to on-site conditions
Eligibility: High school students aged 16 and above
Location: No. 2, Lane 137, Section 3, Chongqing North Road, Datong District, Taipei City (Muyu Studio)
Getting Here: Approximately a 6-7 minute walk from Exit 3 of MRT Daqiaotou Station
Fee Includes: Instructor fees / One pre-carved blank / On-site tool usage

Course Highlights

Course Content
★ Understanding 3D form and dynamic representation.
★ Guidance on carving techniques, introduction to carving tools and their use.
★ Explanation of wood structure and grain.
★ We use Ayous wood: lightweight yet durable, with a uniform color, smooth texture, and ideal softness for beginners.
★ Basic acrylic paint coloring guidance.
★ Introduction and sharing of wood carving art.

🟥 Important Notes:
1.) Due to time constraints, coloring techniques will be explained verbally. Students are encouraged to color their pieces at home.
2.) Each course registration includes one material kit per person.
3.) Due to limited space, this course does not accommodate observers or listeners.
🟥 Cancellation Policy:
1.) Cancellations are not accepted from 7 days prior to the class date up to the day of the class, and no refunds will be issued.
2.) For cancellations, an administrative fee (5% of the paid amount) will be deducted.
3.) If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant.
4.) In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
5.) Refund processing will be completed within 5 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of application.
🟥 Rescheduling Policy:
1.) Rescheduling on the day of the class is not permitted.
2.) Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days prior to the class date (excluding the class date itself). Rescheduling is limited to one instance.
3.) Once a date has been rescheduled, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
