The placement of the inner pockets and the fabric selection are also hallmarks of Henry Robinson. 【 Fabric & Craftsmanship 】 We use a vintage German buttonhole machine, over half a century old, which is rarely used today. This machine creates charming, teardrop-shaped buttonholes with a softness that computer-driven machines cannot replicate. The fabric used is a durable and thick Katsuragi, with a tight weave, domestically produced in Japan. The sewing unifies the entire garment with thick-gauge double stitching, creating a look that is both refined and robust, ultimately finished to impart a gentle impression. Furthermore, before delivery, we apply a pre-wash treatment to shrink the fabric as much as possible, ensuring stability, followed by sun-drying and a tumbling process.
