__Why Should I Have This Coffee__
It's processed in a washed way, one of the traditional processes in Latin America. And the coffee is from El Salvador, a relatively small origin, which it's not common.
This coffee impressed us with the high and full sweetness and the smoothing and round body. Besides the coffee quality per se, the medium-light roast leads to the cup profile of a mild acidity and a clear note of citrus and pines.
Suits those who want to have a nice coffee in a chilling afternoon.

**Pour-over**
Grind 15g coffee and pour 90℃ fresh water for 240g into it.
**Drip Coffee**
Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g.
**Aeropress**
Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds.
**Batch Brewer**
Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it!
