The workshop includes engraving for English letters, numbers, and select patterns (certain designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to Measure for a Gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of thread (sewing thread) to wrap comfortably around the wrist you wish to measure.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart for your measurement.
● You can also inform our staff of the approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after the item is made.

**Workshops start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the schedule or cancellations after confirmation must be notified at least three days prior to the workshop. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking can be transferred to purchase other products or courses.
● Samples are available in-store for trying on. You may exchange your design for another of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
Upgrades to more expensive designs are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be given for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about availability if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time to try on samples and avoid delays that may affect your and others' experience.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process. If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with design complexity. Completed pieces can be taken home the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to public health regulations.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the artisan's safety instructions for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after reminders will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other severe weather conditions on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be postponed based on government advisories for safety, and a new date will be arranged.
