How to Measure for a Gift?
● Measuring Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the wrist where the bracelet will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● You can inform our staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after the item is made.

**Classes can be opened for just one person; all sessions are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to the confirmed class date. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the class are non-refundable but can be exchanged for other products or classes.
● Samples are available for try-on in the store. You can also exchange your chosen design for another of the same price (subject to material availability in-store). Upgrades are possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for try-ons to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If a finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require an additional purchase.
● The class duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the design. You can take your finished piece home on the same day.
**★ Mask-wearing is currently required due to health regulations.**
★ During the class, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation. Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety rules after being advised will be at your own risk.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, classes will be postponed for safety reasons, in accordance with government directives. A new date will be arranged.
