Warranty Period: The product comes with a two-year free warranty from the date of purchase. ‧ The warranty card must be filled with the purchase date (no alterations allowed) and stamped with the warranty seal. If the card is lost but proof of purchase date can be provided, it will be considered valid. ‧ For issues outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period has expired, lifetime repair services are available. The buyer will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs and repair part fees. 2. Warranty Coverage: Handles, pull rods, and wheels are covered under warranty. ‧ Defects arising from material issues or manufacturing flaws are also included in the warranty. ‧ This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, external factors (especially damage during transportation, such as deformation, breakage, body damage, scratches, abrasions, etc.), or damage from liquid exposure that affects usability. 3. Repair Process: ‧ Please take photos of the item before sending it for repair. ‧ Before sending for repair, please contact our customer service by phone and then ship the item back to our company (round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility). ‧ For repairs outside the warranty scope or after the warranty period, our repair team will assess the cost and contact you for a quote. Repairs will commence only after mutual agreement on the quote. 4. Repair Timeframe: ‧ Standard Repair: Approximately 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). ‧ Expedited Repair: Approximately 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, and transit time). An additional fee of $150 NTD applies for expedited service. ‧ If parts are out of stock and need to be ordered internationally, expedited service is not applicable. The waiting period can be approximately 2-3 months. 5. Exclusion Clause: For any damage to the suitcase caused by airport handling or other external forces, please file a claim directly with the airline. This is not covered by our company's warranty. 6. Repair Item Storage Period: Items must be collected within three months from the date we notify you. Items not collected within this period will be considered voluntarily abandoned, and we will not be responsible for their storage. 【Important Notes】 1. Replacement parts used during repairs may not be original parts. If original parts are out of stock or discontinued, substitute parts will be used. 2. Please pack items for repair or warranty service in a box. Do not hand them over directly to the delivery driver without packaging, as they may refuse to accept them. 3. Within the warranty period, free repair services as described in the warranty scope are available upon presentation of the warranty card. If damage is caused by improper use or if the warranty card cannot be presented, repair costs for parts will still be charged within the warranty period. 4. In the event of any damage to the suitcase during airline transit, please ensure you file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. If a claim is not filed in a timely manner, the customer will be responsible for the repair costs of parts not covered by the warranty.
