Glass goldfish ball earrings, red and white

During the Edo period, people would buy goldfish from goldfish sellers and enjoy them by putting them in glass goldfish bowls called "kingyodama" and hanging them from the eaves. I made miniature goldfish balls like these into earrings. A 14mm glass bead sways gently next to your ear. The fins are also made very thin. Even the fine lines on the tail fin are carefully drawn one by one with a thin brush. To ensure that the colors would come out beautifully, I applied multiple coats of different colors, starting with the base coat, on not only the body but also the thin fin stripes.
