Suitable ages: Any Scheduling and Cancellation Policy: Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If any participant is absent or drops out for personal reasons, please inform us one week before the class begins. Our team will do our best to accommodate your request on a case to case basis. Class Start Time and Attendance Policy: Please respect your time, the instructor’s time, as well as that of the other students attending class. Due to the structure of the short, single class sessions and to ensure that students receive a full, uninterrupted experience during class, please do not arrive late. It’s best to arrive 5 minutes early so that you have time to get settled, pick your clay and put on an apron. There are no refunds (or reschedules) if you arrive late more than 10 mins, cancel or just don’t show up. Deposit: Full pay for any class. Typhoon: For affected participants under typhoon T8, T9, T10, and Black rainstorm, a reschedule will be offered within the next 6 months.
