Please inquire via private message. Custom orders accept English embossing. English letters (including uppercase, lowercase, and symbols) are approximately 3-4mm in size. Up to 8 characters cost NT$100. Hot stamping in gold/silver costs NT$200. Some in-stock items cannot be embossed. Computer screen displays can also show color differences. The actual product color prevails. Leather, like skin, has natural patterns that are not defects. ◌ Please note that custom orders, unless defective, cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment. If it gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cotton cloth and air dry in a well-ventilated area. Do not use a hairdryer or direct sunlight to prevent deformation or damage. ◌ Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause tanning marks and discoloration, which is a normal phenomenon. ◌ Store leather goods in a cool, ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, humid, and stuffy environments.
