These do not affect functionality and are not considered defects. Please consider this carefully before ordering if you are particularly sensitive to such details. ⚠ To comply with shipping size restrictions, a maximum of 8 mugs can fit in one package for convenience store delivery. For orders exceeding 8 mugs, please select home delivery or place separate orders. ⚠ Customized products are generally non-refundable or exchangeable. If a product is defective, only an exchange for the same customized item will be offered; no refunds will be provided. If exact color matching is crucial, please do not purchase. ★ The following conditions do not constitute product defects: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics). (2) Minor loose threads, snags, stray threads, or overlapping stitches. (3) As items are handmade, slight variations such as loose threads are normal and do not affect functionality. Overlapping stitches also do not impact usability. The above are not considered defects. (4) Fading after the product has been washed. (5) Color discrepancies, color shifts, or outcomes that differ from imagination. (6) Imperfections in stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or minor imperfections at the seams where different fabric pieces are joined. (8) For pottery/porcelain: Bubbles <1mm; bumps/dimples <1mm; stains/dye specks <2mm; cracks <2mm; color bleeding <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and prints: For items within 100cm, an error margin of <3% is acceptable; for items over 100cm, <5% is acceptable. Given the significant manual involvement in production, customers who require precise dimensions/colors should consider this carefully before ordering. ★ By placing an order and purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the shopping process description. Unless the product has a significant, undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Company will assess whether defects are due to intentional human damage or product issues.
