1. Upon placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field after confirming your order.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your booking date and availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide an official invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
