✦ A photo album from 2015, a crisp journey to the East. Some real dreams, some dreams of reality. ✦ Effervescent mornings, recalling moments of helplessness at crossroads, memories becoming enigmas, and farewells without return… The white sun and moon in the sky merged into my vision, becoming the unforgettable image on the cover of this photobook. At the time, my headphones were playing "Sense of Direction" by the band 1976: "Finally I'll never get lost again / A tangled start / An exit that moves forward bravely / I don't want to be anyone's compass" During the journey, the passing scenery outside the car window offered a resilient embrace to my reflection. In recent years, my travels along the coast have always been connected to the sea, madness, or the East Coast Land Art Festival. The sea, sky, and moon appeared at just the right moment to stretch and draw near. Stored in my hippocampus is also the distant journey, internalized into a profound understanding of farewells without return.
