・Because I am worried that everyone will not be able to choose a style, I "pay the lowest price for the metalworking experience course on site" when registering. If you want to change the style on the day, you can try it on on the spot and make the change. If you choose more than the original amount, you can make up the difference.
・This course will use open flames. If students are young or are afraid of fire, they can ask the course teacher to do it for them.

Class time: about 2 to 3 hours, depending on on-site conditions

| Refund method |
・Refunds due to "lateness" or "personal reasons" on the trial day will not be accepted.
・Application 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): Full refund.
・Apply 5 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
・Application 3 days before the event (excluding the day of the event): No cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
| Lateness Policy |
・Admission opens 5 minutes before the event. If you are no-show or late for more than 30 minutes of the class, you will not be able to enter the class and no refund will be given. If it rains, there is a traffic jam, or students are not familiar with the geographical location, please go out early to avoid emergencies.
(This course is a hands-on experience class and will take a certain amount of time to complete. Arriving late or exceeding the time limit will affect the quality of this course and the rights of other subsequent students.)

・Only those over 12 years old can register for this event. Those under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
・In the event of force majeure natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., we will proactively contact you regarding extension or refund.
・If the materials are made incorrectly or damaged due to personal negligence during the process, you will need to purchase new materials before you can continue production.
・During the experience course, side photos of the activities will be taken. After the course, the photos will be uploaded to the students and will be made public on the platform in the future. It will be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform us on site before the event.
