Skin textures and insect bite marks are natural phenomena. The surface has been treated with a finishing agent; if soiled, a gentle wipe with a wet tissue is sufficient. ★ Do not use detergents or volatile products containing alcohol for cleaning. ★ All products are purely handmade. Do not expose to fire, water, sharp objects, or strong pulling. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Coverage: New product defects, detachment of bracelet or necklace connectors, detachment of leather hardware. ★ Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately for correctness. If the product is incorrect or has new defects due to shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns or exchanges (for custom items). Please return the original product with its packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to return within the timeframe will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return rights. Please maintain the product's integrity; the product must be "brand new and unused." All packaging, including the product, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, random documents, gifts, etc., must be returned together. Returns cannot be processed if any items are missing or if the product is damaged and incomplete. ★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or a part is lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess if repair is possible and charge a reasonable material fee. ★ Except for new product defects, where the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, we will cover the shipping cost for the repaired item's return. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs. ★ Before sending the item back for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number. Otherwise, your request will not be processed. ★ All items sent back for repair must be placed in a sealed zipper bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where identical or similar replacements may not be available, we may not be able to complete the repair without an alternative solution. We appreciate your understanding. ★ Items outside the warranty period or scope will be repaired on a quote basis. We reserve the right to refuse repair services.
