Natural variations in grain and minor scars are normal. The surface has been treated with a protective agent; if it gets dirty, gently wipe with a wet tissue. ★ Do not use cleaning agents or volatile products containing alcohol. ★ All products are purely handmade. Do not expose to fire, water, sharp objects, or excessive force. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Scope: Manufacturing defects, detachment of bracelet or necklace clasps, detachment of leather hardware. ★ Upon receiving the item, please inspect it immediately for accuracy. If the product is incorrect or has manufacturing defects due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns or repairs (for custom orders). Please ship the original item back within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return within the specified period will be considered an automatic waiver of return rights. Please maintain the item's integrity. The product must be "brand new and unused." All packaging, including the product, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product cards or shipping manifests, random documents, gifts, etc., must be returned together. Returns will not be accepted if any items are missing or the product is damaged or incomplete. ★ During the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or partially lost due to external force or improper human use, we will assess whether it can be repaired and charge a reasonable material fee. ★ Except for new product defects, where the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, we will cover the shipping cost for returning the repaired item. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for round-trip postage. ★ Before sending back items for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, returns will not be processed. ★ All items sent back for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that occurs during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where identical or similar items may not be available, repairs cannot be made without an alternative solution. We appreciate your understanding. ★ For items outside the warranty period or scope, repairs will be quoted based on assessment. We reserve the right to refuse repair services.
