Modifications are typically not offered. Should a key element require remaking or alteration, an additional fee will apply. However, if wire damage occurs due to craftsmanship errors on my part, the piece will be remade at no extra charge, and the quality will be guaranteed upon presentation of the finished product. ❖ The standard wire materials currently offered for custom orders include: BEADSMITH Artistic Wires (gold, silver, rose gold, antique bronze), Pure Copper Wire (natural or antiqued finish), and Sterling Silver Wire (natural or antiqued finish). ❖ If the provided gemstone or object has a low hardness (e.g., fluorite, angelite, or soft woods), or possesses inherent fragile areas (such as deep inclusions, exposed chips, fine crystalline structures, or pronounced cleavage lines), there is a possibility of damage during the creation process. Compensation for gemstone damage is limited to the value of the craftsmanship fee and does not extend to the inherent value of the gemstone itself. Please assess this carefully. ❖ Shipping costs for sending your own gemstone are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure adequate packaging for transit. Upon receiving customer-provided gemstones, unboxing videos will be recorded.
