With safety and comfort as our top priority, we carefully select special bicycles for our furry children:

Consumer Return Policy:
(1) If canceled if notified more than 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), a full refund will be given.
(2) If you notify the cancellation within 7 days to 3 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only 20% of the paid amount will be refunded.
(3) If the cancellation is notified 2 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
(4) If you notify the cancellation from 1 day before the departure date to the day of the event, the fee will not be refunded.

* For safety reasons, if it rains, we will proactively contact you to reschedule and no refunds will be provided.
* If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
* The experience event will be photographed from the side and published on the website, social media or advertisements after the event. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
