If you accidentally kill it within the initial period, Sen Duo will send you another one to nurture (one-time replacement only). • Plants generally go through an adaptation period in a new environment. Signs like yellowing leaves, leaf drop, or wilting typically appear within the first 10 days after arrival. | Extended Warranty for Worry-Free Beginners | • If your plant shows any issues within 10 days of arrival, and you report it and follow care instructions within that time, the warranty will automatically extend to a 30-day observation period. • After the 30-day observation period, if the following occurs: 1. The plant completely dies. 2.
