Testing the quality of green coffee beans and roasting methods (Testing phase requires 20-30 days) Beans must meet the following criteria to be selected by me: 1. Clear tasting notes (e.g., everyone can identify the citrus peel aroma in Sidamo) 2. Distinctly unique flavor profile (not overly similar to other coffees) 3. Flavor profile and price are proportional (good value for money) After confirmation, final roasting adjustments are made before listing the beans. Once all these steps are completed, they are delivered to you. This is why a simple brew can taste so good, truly reflecting the tasting notes mentioned above.
