When it comes to Long Island Iced Tea, beyond the classic version, there is a locally originated rendition that every seasoned bartender knows well.
That would be the "Long Island Iced Tea Generation II." Although it shares the same spirit of mixing spirits, the flavor profile is distinctively different and stands in a class of its own.
You’ve likely heard of or tried the first generation, but would you like to try mixing a second generation for yourself?
In addition to the first and second generations, the third cocktail in this event will be a special variation—a recipe that we rotate every season.
We invite you to enjoy all three versions to your heart’s content!
