Each batch may have slight color variations, and natural leather may exhibit markings such as scars, wrinkles, or unique textures from the animal's life – these are normal characteristics of genuine leather. Perfection is rare, even for cows. The handmade process inherently leaves subtle traces and variations, which contribute to the unique warmth and character of each piece. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before placing your order if you are sensitive to such details. To maintain the leather and metal plating, avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents for cleaning, as they can cause fading and damage the protective coating on the hardware. Color variations may occur due to differences in shooting environments, lighting, and monitor displays. The actual product is the final reference. We appreciate your understanding. Customized items, such as those with hot-stamped text, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️ Leather Care If the leather gets wet, gently pat it dry with a clean cloth or paper towel and let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to age and fade. Store away from high humidity environments to prevent mold growth. If storing for an extended period, place it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust. Apply a thin layer of leather conditioner to the surface afterward.
