I tend to overreact to the slightest, harmless details, especially those moments when I realize I'm feeling unwell, creating a double dose of discomfort. After finally accepting that this is simply my constitution, I've begun to learn how to navigate the ebb and flow of allergy season, coexisting with it. I see this as a process of self-healing. This illustrated series is by Min, an artist at Sunny Side Up Studio. It features the stories of eight girls, each living with different allergens and attempting to find a way to coexist.
