- Additional cost for add QR Code, LINE ID or phone number, can choose which side to place (blue / dark)

- All orders are custom made, retuns and exchanges are not accepted
- English alphabet letters only for pet name
__How to Order__
1. Contact the store by pressing the button **Contact designer** and send the message
2. I'll send the pet portrait art list to select the desired character & coat color / pattern adjustment (free drawing for pet breed which is not previously sold in store)
3. Specify the name of the pet and choose which side to place the name and character
4. Additionally, choose which side to place QR code, or LINE ID or phone number
5. After confirming your selection, you can place an order and then add a note in **Optional note to designer/seller** copied from the store inbox message
