Lumbrera is located at an altitude of 1,600 meters. They have the relatively rare Sidra variety. Sidra was first discovered in Ecuador and is a Typica/Bourbon hybrid. The Sidra bean species has high requirements for the growing environment, which also means that the yield is scarce. After a unique custom-made solar fermentation process, this coffee brings richness and special flavor with a great taste.
