Due to variations in leather inventory and natural grain, if a significant flaw or damage occurs during production that prevents the creation of a large piece, both parties agree to a full refund. **/ Vegetable-Tanned Leather /** This studio exclusively uses Italian/European imported vegetable-tanned leather. Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, or production are also considered normal within the scope of acceptable variations, provided the leather surface is not damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major damage. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to these characteristics. While not as perfectly uniform as machine-produced items, the result possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop personal scratches and a patina, deepening in color and gaining a sheen, gradually revealing a one-of-a-kind appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece uniquely captivating. **/ Color /** Screen displays may have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a **"customized item."** Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and "blank" for "embossed text." As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" are not eligible for an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
