We hope you'll grow to understand their preferences. **| Delivery Methods |** ・ Fresh flower gifts are available for in-studio pickup, courier, and refrigerated delivery. ・ Self-pickup is available at our Nanjing Fuxing studio at no additional charge. Please message us in advance to schedule your pickup time. ・ For deliveries within the greater Taipei area, please select **Lalamove Courier**. Delivery can be arranged for your specified date and time window. ・ For other counties and cities, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. Outside of peak holiday periods, you can specify your desired delivery date and time. ・ For specified delivery dates, refrigerated deliveries will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Sundays are not included in the logistics delivery service. ***Please be aware that there are shipping risks associated with deliveries outside of Taipei. Delays or rough handling during transit may result in damage to the floral gift. Please message us with your desired card content. Messages under 20 characters will be handwritten; 21-50 characters or opening ceremony cards will be printed. ・ Due to the nature of fresh flower products, preparation is required in advance for crafting. Therefore, cancellations made more than 5 working days prior to the specified delivery date (excluding the delivery date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 working days will receive a 30% refund. Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled after 12:00 AM on the pre-order closing date. ・ For custom requests such as specific packaging or card colors, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selections. ・ Flowers are natural plants, and their forms may vary. During arrangement, adjustments will be made based on the actual floral ingredients available and may not perfectly match the photograph. ・ Floral ingredients are seasonal. In the event of unexpected stock shortages or poor flower quality, substitutions with materials of similar visual effect will be made. ・ You may request a photo of the completed gift before delivery by leaving a note. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delivery delays. ・ The completion photo is solely for confirming that the ordered item has been prepared. Except for issues such as wilting or visible damage, we do not offer replacements for floral ingredients, changes in placement of flowers, vases, card colors, or packaging schemes. Any temporary changes requested will incur additional charges for materials or packaging and will be at risk of delaying shipment. **| Flower Care |** ・ The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care methods, and display environment, typically ranging from 3 to 7 days. ・ Upon receiving your bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and keeping it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Every 1-2 days, gently rinse the stems and trim about 2-3 cm, and change the water to extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・ For table arrangements, gift boxes, and basket arrangements, we recommend removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the leaves from the back of the arrangement or the side of the container and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim of the container. After that, replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・ Warm temperatures and direct sunlight will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, we suggest increasing the frequency of water changes for bouquets. For table arrangements, you can add 1 drop of bleach to the water to reduce bacterial growth.
