Please chat with the designer before placing your order and leaving a note. ◾️About Custom Hot Stamping The designer will recommend the number of characters and placement based on the aesthetics of each product. In addition to hot stamping, we will apply a transparent protective film to make the stamped text more vibrant and increase its durability. There are 4 colors available for hot stamping: 1. Colorless Hot Stamping 2. Matte Gold 3. Matte Silver 4. Laser Engraving ➟ To order, please note your "Font," "Hot Stamping Content," and "Color." ☑ Hot Stamping Guidelines ➟ Font: Minimalist Modern Style (No. 1) & Classic Vintage Cursive Style (No. 2) (Letters, numbers, and symbols are fixed in size and cannot be altered.) ➟ Character Limit: Within 12 characters for the leather area. (Exceeding the character limit, double lines, or double-sided stamping require an additional purchase.) ➟ Numbers: 0123456789 ➟ Symbols: ,:;-'1@#$%&()+-*1?♥♡ • Maximum repetition per line: 3 uppercase English letters, 5 lowercase English letters, 5 numbers, 1 symbol, 2 hearts. • If no font is specified, the "Minimalist Modern Style" will be used by default. ☑ Laser Engraving Guidelines Chinese characters can only be selected with this method, and the color will appear black (color cannot be chosen). ➟ Font: Rounded Style (No. 1) & Handwritten Style (No. 2) • The Rounded Style (No. 1) can accommodate most fonts. • The Handwritten Style (No. 2) may encounter issues with certain special characters; please confirm with the designer beforehand. • If no specific font is noted, the "Rounded Style" will be used by default. • If not otherwise specified above, the designer's configuration will prevail. ☺ ◾️About Customization Please discuss the style, color, and other details with the designer before placing your order. ◾️Hakitora Canvas Drawstring Pouch A versatile storage pouch. Can hold various small personal items: Accessories, coins, cards, magnetic clasps, essential oils, charging cables, etc. Length x Width: 12cm x 11cm ◾️Important Notes Before Ordering We use natural vegetable-tanned top-grain cowhide. Each batch of natural leather may have slight color variations. Genuine leather inherently bears the marks of the cow's life, which is its natural appearance. Minor scratches, wrinkles, and textures are normal phenomena. Just as no person is perfect, neither is a cow. The handmade process may leave traces of craftsmanship and minor differences, which is what gives handmade items their unique warmth and character. These are not considered quality issues. Please consider this carefully before ordering if you are concerned. Avoid using alcohol or chemical solvents to clean the leather and metal accessories, as this can cause the leather to fade and the gold plating on the metal to wear off. Color variations are unavoidable due to factors such as the shooting environment, lighting, and different computer or mobile displays. All products are subject to the actual item, and we appreciate your understanding. Customized products such as hot-stamped text are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items fall under a special category and are not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period regulations. ◾️About Leather Care If the leather gets wet, first gently pat it dry with a dry cloth and paper towel, then let it air dry in a cool place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause the leather to age and fade. Avoid storing the leather in high-humidity environments for extended periods, as this can lead to mold growth on the surface. If you plan not to use it for a long time, store it in a dust bag. For general maintenance, gently wipe the leather with a dry cloth to remove surface dust, then apply a thin layer of leather care oil to the surface.
