Gently slide the ear cuff onto the thinner upper part of your ear, moving downwards. If it doesn't fit, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once slid to your desired position, gently tug to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3.
